A single video has recorded 560,803 views. Management attributes the figure to an error committed somewhere in staff's handling of the account, though the error itself has not been identified. No congratulations have been extended. Staff have been asked to submit a written account of what was done differently, and to ensure it is not repeated.

A request was filed to open the hallway door. The door was opened. A second request was filed to close it. Both requests are logged and neither has been withdrawn. Staff have asked for clarification and have not received any.

A cat tree was ordered, delivered, assembled and positioned by the window at considerable expense. The box it arrived in has been retained. The cat tree has not.
The review was conducted from the top of the fridge. Findings: the service is slow, the portions are inadequate, and the staff talks during meals. Employment continues, pending improvement.
At approximately 04:00 a full audit of the kitchen floor was conducted. Nothing was found. The audit was repeated at 04:20 and again at 04:35. Staff were present for all three.
